Revenue Operations Lead optimizing systems, data, and processes for Nitra’s go-to-market engine. Supporting Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing with analytics and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Own Salesforce administration, ensuring a clean, scalable, and well-governed CRM.
Maintain lead routing, assignment rules, workflows, and automations.
Manage and update Rules of Engagement (ROE) across Sales, SDR, and CS teams.
Oversee territory management, including segmentation and coverage optimization.
Process variable compensation, ensuring accuracy in payouts, quota attainment, and SPIFF tracking.
Partner with Sales leadership on compensation mechanics and dispute resolution.
Support Sales, SDRs, and Customer Success with data requests, pipeline insights, and process clarity.
Build dashboards and reporting for Sales, Marketing, and CS.
Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, pipeline trends, and revenue forecasts.
Provide insights to leadership to guide strategy, resourcing, and quarterly planning.
Ensure data accuracy across lead, account, opportunity, and customer objects.
Partner with Marketing and Product to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
Support lifecycle and campaign analytics (activation, retention, reactivation, etc.).
Evaluate GTM experiments and measure their impact on pipeline and revenue.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoff between Sales → CS → Operations.
