Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Familiarity with MSP tools like RMM, PSA, and cybersecurity solutions
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) or equivalent experience in IT, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Salesforce & CRM Best Practices
