Responsibilities
Lead India's operations and drive strategic growth across semiconductor and electronics manufacturing ecosystem.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and ecosystem development.
Engage with foundries, OSATs, and electronic product manufacturing clusters.
Develop partnerships with government bodies and academic institutions.
Represent the company at conferences and forums to advocate for Teradyne’s test infrastructure.
Collaborate with senior management and business units to define regional strategies.
Travel extensively within India and occasionally internationally for customer engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field; MBA preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Kannada is a plus.
Minimum 15 years of experience in semiconductor sales or business development, with at least 5–10 years in a senior management/leadership capacity.
Strong understanding of semiconductor testing and memory technologies.
Ideally, well-known and well-connected within the industry and government ecosystem in India.
Proven ability to lead and integrate cross-functional sales and support organizations, driving business growth in a regional market.
Demonstrated success in closing large, complex business opportunities and managing long-term post-sales support.
Extremely comfortable initiating open dialogue for new opportunities, both internally and externally.
