Responsibilities

  • Services the needs of large/complex business portfolios, customizing products and services
  • Acquires, develops, and manages commercial banking relationships
  • Structures and packages solutions that meet customer financing and cash management needs
  • Anticipates, identifies, and interprets market trends
  • Manages existing strategic accounts and develops new business
  • Executes and directs complex account management processes
  • Guides and influences customers and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 7+ years relevant experience
  • In-depth understanding of commercial industry, business development techniques, and credit decisions
  • Proven business development track record, with proven ability to conceptualize and implement effective new business strategies
  • Extensive network of outside referral sources for new business
  • Excellent credit and financial analysis skills
  • Effective negotiation skills
