About the role

  • Account Manager handling outbound sales for SMB clients in the high tech industry. Achieving sales targets and building client relationships in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
  • Focus on SMB sales, mainly outbound activities to a set of SMB customers
  • Build and maintain a relationship with a set of clients to increase the revenue or growth numbers
  • Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales plan
  • Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow up and resolution
  • Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound
  • Maintain good CRM hygiene and tracking by accurately tracking all events within the CRM

Requirements

  • Have a proficient or bilingual level of Swiss-German with an advanced English level
  • Have a solid Sales Background (outbound environment)
  • Are achievement and goal oriented and motivated and self-starter
  • Have strong communication and good computer skills
  • Have pipeline management and forecasting experience
  • Previous experience working with channel
