About the role

  • Relationship Manager managing client relationships for an e-commerce platform transforming food trade in Africa. Focused on client acquisition, negotiation, and sales process management.

Responsibilities

  • Focusing on building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Negotiating and securing the best product offering required by our clients
  • Identifying and onboarding new clients to meet the needs of our growing product offering
  • Managing the entire sales process to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions

Requirements

  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strong business relationships
  • Good understanding of agricultural inputs and their procurement processes
  • Bachelors Degree is preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate confidently in Afrikaans is essential for this role.
