About the role

  • Registrar for Pre-K Partnerships at United Way handling data management and communication with child development centers. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate data reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in frequent communication with CDCs to obtain data elements for reporting
  • Identify and implement procedures to streamline data collection
  • Validate and enter data into various systems accurately
  • Maintain appropriate filing systems for hard and soft copies of student information
  • Transmit student information to students’ next school or district
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or at least two (2) years of related experience
  • Experience with PEIMS data (student data entry system) and TEAMS data (Online Attendance) preferred
  • Experience with preparing data reports and records management
  • Familiarity with class rosters and attendance monitoring
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • An ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced work environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
