Responsibilities
You take responsibility for achieving short-, medium- and long-term sales targets in your territory (Northern Germany).
You are not a salesperson, but an advisor and solution finder.
You understand your customers' needs, build trusted long-term partnerships, and grow together with them.
You actively acquire large, medium and small customers and maintain existing business relationships.
You keep an eye on the market, know the competitors, and use our CRM system as a strategic tool.
You collect customer feedback and develop ideas for new sales channels.
You handle complaints in coordination with the Quality Management department.
You negotiate special prices and terms in consultation with Sales Management.
Requirements
You have completed commercial training or hold a degree.
You bring at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
Ideally, you have experience in the packaging industry.
You are goal-oriented, demonstrate enthusiasm, and can persuade people.
You communicate confidently in German (fluent) and preferably in English.
You are mobile, willing to travel, and hold a Class B driving license.
You can fully identify with the brand and the product.
