About the role

  • HR Coordinator at Nestlé fostering employee engagement and supporting HR processes in a manufacturing setting. Managing payroll, onboarding, and employee events while ensuring effective communication with the HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the HR department, handling employee inquiries and supporting the HR team with scheduling, communications, and file management
  • Administer site-level payroll auditing and processing weekly.
  • Maintain and generate reports using SAP Master Data
  • Plan and lead employee and community events that reflect our culture and values
  • Coordinate onboarding and exit processes, including IT setup and workspace assignments
  • Manage the site’s job posting system and track internal movements
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR operations

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • At least two years of experience in administrative support or as an HR coordinator, preferably within a manufacturing setting
  • Demonstrated strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven capacity to maintain confidentiality and appropriately manage sensitive information
  • Highly motivated self-starter who excels in dynamic, fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
