About the role

  • HR Coordinator providing HR support for the SMU Hospitality Group at Aramark. Leading employee initiatives, ensuring compliance, and assisting with recruitment, training, and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support of HR functions to the units in the Managers absence
  • Assist in identifying best practices and organizational efficiencies
  • Mentor and train line managers in HR policies and programs
  • Maintain compliance with all employment laws and regulations
  • Responsible for day-to-day HR functions including recruiting, staffing, hiring, training, development
  • Assist in processing payroll and data corrections

Requirements

  • 2-5 years in office setting and administrative functions
  • Experience in HR preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must be able to create, plan and manage creative HR strategies
  • Knowledge of EEO laws and general HR policies
  • Bilingual Preferred
