Responsibilities
Act as an active guardian of culture, employee engagement and experience, serving as a partner to store leadership;
Manage and analyze people-related metrics, proposing and implementing improvement actions;
Drive stores' adoption of Diversity & Inclusion programs, sustainability best practices, onboarding, performance management and other initiatives;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of various company programs;
Partner with specialist HR areas to select new leaders when needed;
Conduct store visits;
Support openings of new stores;
Participate in corporate projects aligned with the company's strategy for the People and/or Operations areas;
Requirements
Availability to travel extensively;
Bachelor's degree (completed);
Postgraduate degree;
Experience performing the responsibilities of this role;
Generalist knowledge and hands-on experience in people management;
Intermediate Excel skills;
English and/or Spanish will be considered a differential.
