About the role

  • HR Specialist managing store culture and engagement for Renner's operations in São Paulo. Handling recruitment, development, and employee relations, while implementing HR strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an active guardian of culture, employee engagement and experience, serving as a partner to store leadership;
  • Manage and analyze people-related metrics, proposing and implementing improvement actions;
  • Drive stores' adoption of Diversity & Inclusion programs, sustainability best practices, onboarding, performance management and other initiatives;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of various company programs;
  • Partner with specialist HR areas to select new leaders when needed;
  • Conduct store visits;
  • Support openings of new stores;
  • Participate in corporate projects aligned with the company's strategy for the People and/or Operations areas;

Requirements

  • Availability to travel extensively;
  • Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Postgraduate degree;
  • Experience performing the responsibilities of this role;
  • Generalist knowledge and hands-on experience in people management;
  • Intermediate Excel skills;
  • English and/or Spanish will be considered a differential.
