Requirements

Proven leadership experience in an HR role with high performance expectations — ideally in a growth-oriented small or medium-sized enterprise (SME).
Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills.
An eye for substantial talent and the ability to analyze, standardize, and automate HR processes.
Communicate plainly, make clear decisions, and expect the same from your colleagues.
