About the role

  • HR Manager leading HR strategy for Ness Digital Engineering in Guadalajara. Developing HR operations, policies, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop local HR policies, processes and programs.
  • Partner with local leadership and Regional HR leader to align HR strategy with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and global standards.
  • Organize and deliver internal/external training, certifications, and learning plans.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and ESG standards.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to local and global leadership.

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years in HR management, preferably in a technology or engineering environment.
  • Excellent communication (Spanish and English), organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP HR/payroll systems preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Mexican labor law and global HR practices.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Mexico.
