About the role

  • HR Generalist at Mondelēz International in Lisbon, ensuring service level agreements and facilitating process improvements. Supporting the HR operations with experience in payroll, wellbeing, and training.

Responsibilities

  • Use in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met.
  • Drive standardization and simplification of processes.
  • Provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with policies and the law.
  • Analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements.
  • Lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years experience
  • Operational HR experience
  • HR Generalist experience: payroll, engagement, wellbeing, training, communication, DEI
  • Excel: pivot tables
  • Reporting, experience in workday highly valued
  • English fluent
  • Portuguese fluent
  • Spanish fluent
