Responsibilities
Responsible for administering the performance management processes and system in an automotive manufacturing environment
Analyze organizational structures, responsibilities, teamwork, business and operating procedures, reporting relationships, and work processes
Develop programs, policies, and training aimed at aligning Team Member performance with organizational goals
Consult with and assist Team Members and management on current performance management processes and system; troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, leveraging data and insights to inform decisions related to talent development, compensation, and overall workforce strategy
Develop and conduct performance management training (New Hire Orientation, Leadership Induction Training, As Needed)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
0 – 10 years of job related experience preferred
3 – 5 years of Performance Management or Organizational Development experience preferred
PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) preferred
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP desired
