About the role

  • Sales Development Representative at Arizent responsible for generating interest and qualifying potential customers. Working closely with marketing and sales teams in financial services media.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research target companies and key decision-makers using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach (cold calls, personalized emails, social selling) to generate interest from cold leads.
  • Filter and qualify inbound leads from marketing to determine if they fit our lead scoring criteria.
  • Educate prospects on our product, answer initial questions, and build rapport.
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls or demos for Account Executives.
  • Accurately log all activities and maintain a clean pipeline in our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Work closely with Marketing to align on campaigns and with AEs.

Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of prior SDR or BDR experience.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales engagement tools (e.g., Gong).
  • Passion for the markets we serve and building relationships.
