Responsibilities
Identify and qualify leads via phone, email and business platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Xing)
Understand customer needs and product solutions, including in regulatory contexts
Network and craft personalized outreach to prospective customers
Support the entire pre-sales cycle, including close coordination with Sales Consultants and Industry Leads
Maintain and manage sales processes in Salesforce (CRM) and, if applicable, project tools such as Jira/Confluence
Requirements
Completed commercial/business training or an equivalent qualification is desirable
Some experience in a similar role (SDR, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Pre-Sales)
Excellent German language skills at native level
Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and project management tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence)
Structured, reliable work style and ownership of your pipeline
Ability to document activities clearly and transparently
