Responsibilities
Develop and foster strong relationships with line clients and HR colleagues to ensure understanding of organizational needs
Develop strategies to effectively source talent internally and externally
Provide creative methods of building prospect pools, pre-screening and interviewing candidates, and facilitating the staffing process
Manage diverse local and regional projects autonomously
Responsible for end-to-end recruiting in Israel
Partner and consult with the business to understand business needs and develop a strategy
Understand the local labor market and talent supply as well as local compensation trends
Educate Hiring Managers on the hiring progress and competitive landscape utilizing internal and external metrics and data
Deliver behavioral-based interview training to client groups across the business
Partner with Talent Acquisition and HRBP leads to identify and deploy Employee Branding, Social Media strategies, Diversity Initiatives, etc.
Drive consistency in the hiring process and ensure a best-in-class hiring manager and candidate experience
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and drive efficient process adherence.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
6+ years of recruiting/staffing experience, preferably in a large, matrixed organization
Expertise in Project Management in a deadline-driven environment
Experience with direct sourcing and qualification of candidates, including utilizing behavioral-based interviewing techniques
Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Thorough knowledge of recruiting/staffing database systems (experience using Workday preferred)
