Responsibilities
Ensure proper support in all steps of the employee life cycle from onboarding to termination
Provide support and smooth management of global HR processes such as performance evaluation and compensation/promotion
Manage employee relations issues, including partnering with Employee Relations and/or Employment Law
Advise clients on the resolution of employee relations and performance management issues
Partner with multiple HR functions such as Recruiting, Learning and Development
Manage and coordinate international transfers into and out of Canada
Requirements
At least 6 years of experience as a HR Generalist
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law or equivalent
Strong client focus with outstanding judgement, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Team-oriented with strong influencing skills and demonstrated ability or aptitude for team leadership
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and in French
Ability to deal with uncertainties of an evolving, dynamic organization
Capability to manage difficult conversations and stressful situations
