About the role

  • (Junior) HR Manager at MOIA managing personnel queries and supporting HR operations in Hamburg, with responsibilities in contract administration and process optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for all personnel-related questions.
  • Advising and supporting managers on employment-law measures.
  • Tasks in HR administration, supporting contract amendments and employment references.
  • Optimizing processes and contributing to various projects, e.g., SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Preparing regular reports and analyses.
  • Close collaboration with HR teams such as Payroll & Time, Development, Recruiting and HR Business Partners.
  • Administration of MOIA benefits.

Requirements

  • Degree in economics/business administration with a focus on HR or an equivalent qualification.
  • Initial professional experience in operational HR.
  • Independent and structured way of working.
  • Strong communication skills and tact.
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and a hands-on mentality.
  • Confident user of MS Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
