Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management: Ensuring smooth and timely execution of key HR operation processes
Delivers end–to–end employee life cycle support—onboarding, job transfers/changes, and offboarding with accurate system updates and cross–functional coordination
Ensures compliance with company policies and local labor requirements while maintaining accurate HR records and delivering a consistent, positive employee experience throughout the employee journey
Payroll & Benefits Support: Verify monthly payroll change inputs related to new hires, terminations, leave settlements, and other basic changes
Coordinate with the global payroll team for HK & TW on simple queries and data submission
Provide support for benefits enrollment, updates, and employee inquiries
HR Administration & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date employee personnel files and ensure proper document archiving to ensure timely updates and audits in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
Employee Support: Serve as first contact point for employees regarding HR operations, onboarding/offboarding status, and HR documentation
Ensure timely and clear communication with employees and managers
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in HR operations
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
Solid understanding of Hong Kong labor regulations; familiarity with Taiwan regulations is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is preferred
Service-oriented, with the ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Demonstrates strong learning agility and a willingness to develop expertise in HR regulations and operational processes.
