Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative tasks, expense management, and office logistics to ensure leadership remains focused on core objectives.
Take full ownership of monthly payroll and benefits administration, managing expenses and maintaining the organization’s financial "house" regarding employee matters.
Act as a confidential, approachable "safe harbor" for the team. Handle employee inquiries and HR-related issues with empathy, maturity, and common sense.
Plan and execute high-impact team off-sites and on-sites. Manage all travel logistics and catering to foster a thriving culture both in-person and remotely.
Manage the "nuts and bolts" of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and the maintenance of internal documentation.
Requirements
Operational Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a startup, finance, or fast-paced professional environment.
Execution Mindset: A strong preference for action and tangible results over corporate "fluff."
Maturity and Discretion: Proven ability to handle sensitive information and personal employee matters with the utmost confidentiality.
Attention to Detail: An obsession with accuracy, whether managing complex spreadsheets or coordinating intricate travel itineraries.
