Responsible for HR policies covering six companies in the region at Keolis. Engaging with directors and managing human resources processes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
Oversee and implement the HR strategy across a region composed of six companies
Manage employee/industrial relations (handle employee representative bodies — IRP — in close collaboration with the Directors)
Manage recruitment needs for non-managerial staff
Ensure the development and career progression of subsidiary employees
Implement and develop internal communication tools
Identify and resolve potential conflicts (collective or individual)
Serve as the liaison with payroll and personnel administration
Monitor legal and regulatory developments and advise operational teams on work-organization matters
Cascade and adapt Group HR policy within the subsidiaries
Prepare and monitor the HR budget and reporting
Participate in RAO processes on HR matters
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources or Labour/Employment Law
Minimum 15 years' experience in a similar role (multi-site, industrial or services sector)
Strong knowledge of employment law and social legislation
Proficient with IT tools (MS Office; HRIS experience appreciated)
Proven experience in employee/industrial relations
