About the role
- People Service Specialist managing employee lifecycle activities at Ricoh Business Services in a hybrid model. Supporting HR functions and ensuring a positive employee experience through effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Managing employee documentation, including employee records, contracts, and leave processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Acting as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries via phone, chat, and case management tools; identifying issues and delivering effective solutions for employees and managers
- Supporting the HR function and business lines by handling day-to-day HR requests and questions from employees and people managers
- Providing operational support in the management and maintenance of HR systems, ensuring data quality and process efficiency
- Measuring, analyzing, and reporting HR service data to identify areas for improvement and support solution recommendations
- Supporting onboarding policies, processes, and learning material creation, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience from day one
Requirements
- English and Italian language proficiency at the C1–C2 level.
- Experience working in an HR team
- Solid understanding of HR processes and operations.
- Experience with ticketing systems is considered an asset.
- Strong and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
