  • People & Culture Coordinator supporting HR operations at Dulcedo. Involves managing onboarding, employee communications, and compliance training.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
  • Assist in creating and distributing HR documents.
  • Respond to HR questions from employees and managers.
  • Organize and oversee compliance training.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in BambooHR and Google Drive.
  • Participate in special projects such as Amelio and Great Place to Work certifications.
  • Plan and manage employee events.
  • Support HR project development aimed at improving employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Recent university graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in HR or administration.
  • Bilingual (French & English) is required.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (BambooHR) and Google Suite is considered an asset.
