Responsibilities
You advise clients on best practices and strategies within the ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement Operations or ITAM/ITSM/ITOM modules.
You lead end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and optimizations of ServiceNow solutions.
You translate business requirements into clear and actionable solution decisions.
You facilitate workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions with client stakeholders.
You collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, business, procurement, and vendor experts to deliver results that stick.
You stay ahead of platform updates, sourcing trends, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
You have 5+ years’ experience in consulting or implementation roles within ITAM, ITSM, ITOM and/or SPO.
You bring strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and relevant modules.
You can turn business needs into solution-specific technical decisions.
You are proactive, analytical, and client-focused.
Certifications such as ITIL or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist are a plus.
