About the role

  • Administrative Assistant supporting internal and client systems operations for Método Grupo. Managing contracts and operational tasks while ensuring compliance and efficiency in data handling processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the operation of internal and client systems, as well as other platforms used.
  • Perform data entry and maintenance of contracts, structures, activities, and schedules in the system.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining system structures.
  • Execute scheduling and rescheduling of activities according to operational demand.
  • Apply filters and adjustments in systems (e.g., deliveries, statuses sent to internal control and to clients).
  • Monitor production flow, activity statuses, and operational alerts.
  • Ensure records are complete, accurate, auditable, and traceable.
  • Contribute to the elimination of rework and manual tasks through proper use of systems.
  • Support internal audits and operational controls by providing reliable and up-to-date information.
  • Work in an assisted manner, following the area's system rules and guidelines.
  • Support integration of information between contracts, regional offices, internal departments, and clients.

Requirements

  • Education
  • High school diploma (technical course or ongoing higher education in Administration, Engineering, Processes, Systems, or related fields is desirable).
  • Technical Knowledge
  • Microsoft Office (especially Excel) – basic to intermediate level.
  • Experience with ERP systems or operational management platforms is desirable.
  • Experience with administrative routines, data control, and system registrations is desirable.
