About the role

  • Administrative Assistant providing high-quality operational support to the senior leadership team at March Networks. Responsible for managing office tasks, communication, and project support in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain files (electronic and paper).
  • Prepare, submit and reconcile expense reports, using Nexonia, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely submission.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, board meetings, or team offsites.
  • Take minutes, track follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of action items.
  • Provide general administrative support to executives and teams as required.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and official documents.
  • Coordinate communication between departments.
  • Support special projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports.
  • Assist with the collection, tracking and organization of ESG related data and documentation.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Represent the senior leadership team with professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven experience with expense reports and using expense reporting tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
