About the role

  • Administrative Assistant at Givaudan supporting automotive fleet and human resources administration. Managing contracts, maintenance, financial aspects, and assisting with HR documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the administrative and accounting management of vehicle fleets: create vehicle contracts with leasing providers and prepare related files, communicate with our Global Business Services (GBS) center, create and manage XApps contracts, perform completion checks, determine eligibility, and handle IFRS16 tracking and reporting
  • Provide support for fleet maintenance: manage maintenance, insurance, and related services with all external providers
  • Support capitalization requests for capex (fixed assets)
  • Manage the financial aspects of benefits in kind: extract system data and maintain the records in collaboration with and on behalf of Human Resources
  • Maintain updates, distribution, and control operations for all of these tasks

Requirements

  • Education: BTS / DUT (higher technical diploma)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum English level: B1
  • Experience with SAP and Excel
  • Team player, proactive, rigorous, and well organized
