About the role

  • Assistant administratif spécialisé en paie au sein d'Exco Nexiom, groupe d'expertise comptable. Support à la gestion d'un portefeuille clients avec des tâches variées en gestion de paie.

Responsibilities

  • Assist a payroll manager in processing their payroll portfolio
  • Liaison with agencies and external organizations
  • Integration and entry of payroll variables
  • Monitoring of payroll automation tools/processes
  • Preparation of payroll output documents
  • Post-payroll data extractions
  • Analytical payroll accounting entries
  • Archiving documents in the electronic document management system (DMS)

Requirements

  • Diploma equivalent to Bac+2/ +3 (2–3 years of higher education)
  • 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in an accounting firm
  • Knowledge of payroll processing
  • Proficient in preparing payslips and completing social contribution filings
  • Proficient with IT tools and software (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Team player
  • Attention to detail and rigor in applying procedures
  • Adherence to professional ethics applicable to the profession (analytical skills, client-oriented mindset)
  • Knowledge of SILAE software is a plus
