Responsibilities

  • Develop and advance diversity management

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, or Diversity Management
  • Experience in diversity management, including implementing initiatives and organizing events to promote diversity
  • Professional experience in personnel development and recruitment, as well as planning and executing organizational tasks
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Strong MS365 (Microsoft 365) skills
