Responsibilities
You will develop our tech stack (HubSpot, Clay & co.) and ensure that data is clean, consistent and usable.
You will continuously optimize sales processes — data-driven, efficient and with a focus on automation.
You will set up new workflows, integrate tools and ensure smooth data flows between systems.
You will own our KPI tracking and build dashboards that truly help teams make faster decisions.
You will support the preparatory commission accounting and ensure transparent, verifiable bases.
You will analyze markets and target groups and derive effective strategies and measures.
You will create and prioritize lead lists, perform enrichments and assess MQLs realistically and critically.
You will work closely with our marketing team, provide feedback on campaigns and A/B tests and contribute your perspective to new campaign ideas.
You will connect teams, create transparency and ensure that marketing and sales function as an integrated go-to-market unit.
Requirements
Fluent German (min. C1)
At least 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations or a GTM environment
Ideally complemented by roles in Sales, financial controlling or Operations
Knowledge of modern GTM tech stacks
Confident use of HubSpot, Salesforce and Clay or comparable tools
Analytical, structured way of working
Strong sense for metrics, processes and growth drivers
Good prioritization, independent working style and a proactive mindset
Clear, diplomatic communication — whether with Marketing, Sales or Executive Management
Team-oriented, constructive and brings energy and motivation to collaboration.
