About the role

Requirements
- Proven HR leadership experience, managing multiple HR functions across global teams.
- Experience managing HR team or junior HR team members (e.g. HR administration, talent acquisition).
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll compliance, and HR policies in the UK and North America.
- Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and recruitment strategies.
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, CHRP, CHRL or equivalent) is an asset.
