Responsibilities
Support daily HR operations and employee lifecycle activities in a high-performant, compliant, people-oriented work environment.
Be allocated on key HR Admin processes, ensuring high quality data accuracy, compliance, cultural alignment, and great employee experience across the organization.
Pre-hire, onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring new joiners have a professional, seamless, and well-coordinated start.
Prepare, update, distribute, track and maintain employee files, employment documentation (including addendums), HR archiving, and up-to-date system records in line with legal and internal standards.
Ensure accurate absence & time-off management processes and timely submission: track, monitor, and follow up on employee timesheets.
Act as a face to face point of contact for Indian employees, responding to queries regarding policies, processes, and benefits, providing HR guidance and ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Ensure strong compliance on Indian local labor and employment related legislation and internal HR policies.
Manage relationships with external HR providers, ensuring excellence, compliance and strong collaboration.
Contribute in the HR team, sharing objectives, acting as back-up and building trust.
Requirements
5-10 years of relevant experience in HR, with strong knowledge of Indian labor law, relationship with labor authorities, and hands-on experience with employee lifecycle processes.
University degree; postgraduate relevant HR studies are a plus.
Excellent English, written and spoken
Strong MS Office tools and great Excel skills.
Experience with HR Information Systems (SAP HR is a plus).
AI literacy and openness to new digital tools; interest in HR digitalization and operational improvement.
Passion for HR Admin & HR Operations, documentation accuracy, and process quality.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
