Clinical Territory Manager coordinating education on diabetes management using Medtronic products. Engaging with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes and drive territory growth.
Responsibilities
Support the education and training of Medtronic’s diabetes products to Health Care Professionals and patients.
Serve as the face of the company and field clinical diabetes expert.
Report to the Clinical District Manager aligned to their specific district.
Educate patients, physicians, nurses, educators, and other HCPs regarding the importance of intensive management of diabetes using Medtronic products.
Collaborate with sales counterparts to develop and implement territory growth strategy.
Troubleshoot clinical and technical issues regarding Medtronic products and therapy.
Assist HCPs in assessing and managing patients’ Medtronic therapy for positive outcomes.
Consult and present to individuals and groups on behalf of Medtronic Diabetes.
Manage assignments within the allotted budget and participate in ongoing competency development.
Requirements
A valid registered license in one or more of the following fields: Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)
Registered Nurse (RN)
Registered Dietitian (RD)
Physician Assistant (PA)
Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Pharmacist
Associate’s Degree and 4 years of clinical experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of clinical experience
Bilingual in Spanish (Nice to Have)
Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) preferred.
Prior sales experience.
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
