About the role

  • Partnership Development Manager responsible for developing strategic OEM partnerships in Transport division. Driving customer advocacy and ensuring successful brand execution with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and develops commercial client relationships along with associated income and risks.
  • Utilise business, customer, dealer, market, and competitor intelligence to develop opportunities.
  • Monitor and review digital performance of products and services.
  • Support the design, build, and management of projects through to completion.
  • Drive cultural, behavioural, and business changes necessary to achieve growth strategy.
  • Conduct regular customer and partner reviews, providing insight and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Strong relationship management skills and a solid understanding of OEM operations and the UK retail finance marketplace.
  • Understanding industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Ability to balance margin and volume requirements.
  • Ability to drive the change agenda across internal and external partners.
  • Ability to use a wide range of tools and techniques to provide insight and solutions.
  • Ability to identify, assess, monitor, control, and mitigate risks.
