Responsibilities

Utilise business, customer, dealer, market, and competitor intelligence to develop opportunities.
Monitor and review digital performance of products and services.
Support the design, build, and management of projects through to completion.
Drive cultural, behavioural, and business changes necessary to achieve growth strategy.
Conduct regular customer and partner reviews, providing insight and recommendations.
Requirements
Strong relationship management skills and a solid understanding of OEM operations and the UK retail finance marketplace.
Understanding industry trends and competitor activity.
Ability to balance margin and volume requirements.
Ability to drive the change agenda across internal and external partners.
Ability to use a wide range of tools and techniques to provide insight and solutions.
Ability to identify, assess, monitor, control, and mitigate risks.
