About the role

  • Partnerships Manager managing influencer network for AI design platform, ensuring campaign effectiveness and creator collaborations. Focused on scaling influencer operations and relationship-building in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

  • Scale influencer operations: Drive the expansion of our creator network by identifying high-alignment creators and managing the end-to-end outreach and onboarding process
  • Strategic relationship coordination: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for our creator network, nurturing long-term relationships to ensure a consistent stream of high-quality brand content
  • Trend-driven content strategy: Actively identify emerging social trends, "viral hooks," and evolving audience behaviors to develop actionable briefs that help our creators produce high-engagement, brand-aligned content
  • Creative briefing & execution: Develop and distribute thorough campaign briefs that empower creators to deliver high-performing content across our diverse marketing calendar—ranging from high-impact feature launches, to promotional events and rapid-response viral concepts
  • Performance feedback loop: Monitor key partnership metrics and share actionable insights with the paid marketing and creative teams to constantly improve the effectiveness of partner content. Maintain a seamless, data-driven partnership workflow, ensuring all creator collaborations are tracked and optimized for maximum impact

Requirements

  • Partnership expertise: 2+ years of experience with creator campaigns on Instagram, Youtube and TikTok, managing influencer workflows and navigating creator platforms to drive growth
  • Content intuition & trend sensibility: A native understanding of what makes content shareable or viral, with a deep intuition for creator engagement and the ability to translate storytelling skills into high-performing partnership campaigns
  • Relationship excellence: A proactive communicator who thrives on the "nurture" side of marketing, building trust and keeping partners deeply engaged with the brand
  • GTM alignment: Ability to translate high-level marketing strategies into actionable creator campaigns that resonate with our target audience
  • Impact-driven mindset: A "doer" who takes extreme ownership of the partner portfolio and is exceptionally driven to challenge the status quo
  • Passion for design: A genuine interest in the creative space and the drive to make Kittl the go-to tool for creators and small businesses
