About the role

  • Account Manager developing regional customer relationships in the automotive sector. Supporting projects and identifying potential for new products in Vibration Control.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage and further develop regional customer relationships
  • Support ongoing projects through direct customer interaction
  • Expand the regional account business
  • Further develop and maintain the regional customer network
  • Monitor market and competitive developments
  • Conduct operational negotiations
  • Identify potential for new products and technologies in the field of Vibration Control, including the required specifications
  • Contribute to the strategic development of assigned accounts
  • Account-related portfolio management
  • Participate in trade fairs and industry events

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional experience in the automotive industry, ideally with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
  • Knowledge of international contract law and experience with international pricing
  • Strong intercultural competence
  • Ability to motivate colleagues and team members
  • Excellent communication skills when interacting with diverse stakeholders
  • Very good command of German and English (fluent German and English)
  • Strong skills in project management, facilitation, and presentation
  • Excellent rhetoric and negotiation skills
