About the role

  • Account Manager helping to grow and manage customer base in Greece and Cyprus. Working for a maritime tech company that optimizes port cost management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing accounts
  • Identify growth opportunities within current clients
  • Collaborate closely with the team to drive retention and expansion
  • Be the trusted point of contact for your customers, ensuring their success (and ours)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales
  • Strong communication skills (Greek & English fluency required)
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of the Greek/Cypriot market is a big plus
