medic assist is headquartered in Germany with representations in Austria, UK and the US and is responsible for the AED B2B distribution from Philips in Germany and Austria, for multinational customers as well as offering associated services.
Thousands of AEDs are being serviced and monitored for customers worldwide – mainly within the carefree service program.
The focus is on the simple and secure deployment of AEDs and their optimum operating capability in an emergency.
Innovative solutions such as SmartConnect, SafeBox and Carefree Managed AED Services are mainly created within its own R&D department and enable projects of the highest quality level with cost‐effective implementation.
