About the role

  • Bookkeeper position within the finance team at Medic Assist GmbH, focusing on accounting tasks and financial reporting. Contributing to innovative solutions in the medical technology sector.

Responsibilities

  • Processing ongoing accounting
  • Coding, checking and posting incoming invoices
  • Processing electronic bank statements
  • Handling travel expenses and credit card reconciliations
  • Fixed assets accounting
  • Managing recurring entries and accruals/deferrals
  • General account reconciliation
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements under HGB (German Commercial Code)

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training as a Bookkeeper or Tax Clerk
  • Experience in financial accounting / accounting
  • Independent, proactive and precise working style
  • Solid MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of modern ERP systems, preferably SAP B1
  • Good German and English language skills
