About the role

  • Support in contract management at medic assist GmbH, a medical technology company. Engaging with administrative tasks and managing customer contracts in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the administration and processing of direct debits for recurring contracts
  • Support general administrative tasks
  • Contract administration and monitoring for existing customers
  • Independently manage correspondence
  • Proficient use of Excel for various tasks
  • Update and maintain master data

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial/business field or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in administrative or service-oriented roles
  • Strong team orientation and a high level of commitment
  • Service-oriented, responsible and precise way of working
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
