Responsibilities
Processing day-to-day bookkeeping
Coding, reviewing and posting incoming invoices
Processing electronic bank statements
Handling travel expense reports and credit card reconciliations
Fixed assets accounting
Managing recurring entries and deferrals/accruals
General account reconciliations
Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
Requirements
Successfully completed training as an Accountant or Tax Clerk
Experience in financial accounting/bookkeeping
Independent, committed and detail-oriented working style
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
Knowledge of modern ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One (SAP B1)
Good command of German and English
