  • Accountant handling financial accounting tasks at medic assist GmbH. Supporting innovative solutions in the medical technology sector in Bochum, Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Processing ongoing accounting
  • Coding, checking and posting incoming invoices
  • Processing electronic bank statements
  • Handling travel expense and credit card reconciliations
  • Fixed assets accounting
  • Managing recurring bookings and accruals
  • General account reconciliations
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB (German Commercial Code)

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training as an accountant or tax clerk
  • Experience in financial accounting / accounting
  • Independent, committed and accurate working style
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of modern ERP systems, preferably SAP B1
  • Good German and English skills
