About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration and processing of direct debits for ongoing contracts
  • Support general administrative tasks
  • Contract administration and monitoring for existing customers
  • Independently manage correspondence
  • Proficient use of Excel for a variety of tasks
  • Update and maintain master data

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in administrative or service-oriented roles
  • Team player with a strong commitment
  • Service-oriented, responsible, and precise working approach
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
