About the role

  • People Business Partner enhancing employee experiences at Medical Home Network. Leading people programs focused on employee engagement, manager capability, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Chief People Officer.
  • Play a critical role in designing, executing, and scaling people programs that enhance employee experience, strengthen manager capability, and drive operational excellence across the People function.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on employee engagement, manager capability, learning and development, and well-being.
  • Manage the strategy and execution of the organization’s total rewards and benefits programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, CEBS) a plus.
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in HR operations, benefits, performance management, and L&D.
  • Proven experience designing and managing benefits programs, including plan design, vendor management, compliance, and communication.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. benefits regulations and best practices.
  • Track record of building scalable people programs from the ground up including experience leading L&D or talent development programs at scale.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and change management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.
  • Experience both working with and implementing modern HR systems (e.g., Workday, UKG, Lattice, Culture Amp, LMS platforms).
  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed, or evolving environments with the ability to adapt practices proactively to meet changing needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
