About the role

  • HR People Partner supporting employee experience, empowering managers, and implementing HR initiatives at GE Vernova in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Depending on the number of employees at the site or in the country, the role may be the only HR resource at that site or in that country.
  • The HR People Partner may therefore support a large, complex location with a large customer group or a smaller location.
  • The HR People Partner is a central part of the employee experience – the incumbent empowers managers, supports employees, and implements HR initiatives where they matter most: on site.
  • Advising managers and employees on local HR matters, providing regular coaching and support, and offering competent guidance on employee relations, compliance with local laws and guidelines, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
  • Ensuring that GEV employees feel heard, supported, and aligned for success every day.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university
  • Strong professional experience in human resources with responsibilities such as recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, employee development, or performance management
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Good English skills
