About the role

  • HR Analyst focusing on Training and Development. Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and organizational development within Ecogen Brasil.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an HR generalist with a focus on Training and Development, supporting leaders and employees throughout the employee lifecycle;
  • Lead end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes, ensuring profile alignment, hire quality, and cultural fit;
  • Support identification of training needs and the design of development paths for departments and the business;
  • Work with training vendors, supporting the definition of content, methodologies, and learning strategies;
  • Manage and improve the onboarding program, ensuring integration, engagement, and cultural alignment;
  • Support the execution of the performance appraisal cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and calibration;
  • Serve as the HR focal point for assigned areas, providing consultative support to leadership;
  • Conduct climate and satisfaction surveys related to training, company climate, and specific HR topics;
  • Monitor internal movements, ensuring approvals, formalizations, and coordination with People Administration;
  • Ensure job descriptions for assigned areas are up to date, in partnership with Compensation & Benefits, ensuring compliance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Broad/generalist knowledge of Human Resources;
  • Advanced English.
