Responsibilities
Handling and resolving all queries, requests and issues in relation to Global HR and employment policies
Provide sound advice and guidance to employees and managers in relation to People policies, Employment Law and processes
Support and advise Senior Managers to identify and implement solutions to specific people issues
Coach and empower line managers to effectively manage employee issues
Maintain employee data to HR systems and transferring data in accordance with data quality standards
Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee lifecycle processes
Manage payroll input and changes accurately
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labour laws
Requirements
Previous experience in HR / People administration
