Responsibilities
- Handling and resolving all queries, requests and issues in relation to Global HR and employment policies
- Provide sound advice and guidance to employees and managers in relation to People policies, Employment Law and processes
- Support and advise Senior Managers to identify and implement solutions to specific people issues
- Coach and empower line managers to effectively manage employee issues
- Maintain employee data to HR systems and transferring data in accordance with data quality standards
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee lifecycle processes
- Manage payroll input and changes accurately
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labour laws
