About the role

  • People Services Advisor delivering employee-centric People services for Hiscox. Supporting various activities in the employee lifecycle across the UK, US, Europe and Bermuda.

Responsibilities

  • Handling and resolving all queries, requests and issues in relation to Global HR and employment policies
  • Provide sound advice and guidance to employees and managers in relation to People policies, Employment Law and processes
  • Support and advise Senior Managers to identify and implement solutions to specific people issues
  • Coach and empower line managers to effectively manage employee issues
  • Maintain employee data to HR systems and transferring data in accordance with data quality standards
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee lifecycle processes
  • Manage payroll input and changes accurately
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labour laws

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR / People administration
  • Excellent time management skills
