Responsibilities
Act as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to international leadership;
Represent International HR with business units, influencing organizational decisions and strategies;
Lead and implement HR programs in partnership with the global team: compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, Great Place to Work (GPTW) initiatives, and leadership development;
Support international M&A processes, management of international mobility, and global transfers;
Ensure adherence to local labor policies and regulatory compliance across international operations;
Work on organizational design projects, collaborating with cross-functional and geographically dispersed leaders;
Develop and monitor strategic People & Organization KPIs;
Provide active support and coaching to leaders, strengthening people management capabilities;
Coordinate the execution of strategic HR processes and policies with Global HR;
Contribute to identifying talent gaps and work on the development and retention of key professionals in partnership with Talent Acquisition and leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
Advanced English and Spanish;
Generalist HR experience, having served as an HRBP or in a similar role;
Ability to build relationships across different hierarchical levels and cultures;
Previous experience in international or multicultural environments is a plus;
